There is no description of the product, no terms, no conditions and no website. We could not establish what the app does, and a listing that names a reward without naming the product is not information, it is a number.

So this page does the one useful thing available: it explains the condition the offer turns on. "Qualifying transaction" is the most under-examined phrase in sign-up offers, and it is the one that most often voids them. The word "qualifying" is not decoration — it means the company has written a definition somewhere, and your bonus depends on meeting it. Four things it commonly hides:

A minimum amount. A "first transaction" of £5 rarely qualifies where the terms say £50. Find the number.
Excluded categories. This is the big one, and it catches people constantly: transfers between your own accounts, topping up a wallet, buying gift cards or foreign currency, gambling, cash withdrawals and paying bills are commonly excluded — and those are exactly the transactions a new user makes first. The transaction you would naturally do to "activate" an account is frequently the one that does not count.
A time window. Within 30 days of signing up, or within 7 days of approval, or before the end of the promotional period. Missing it by a day forfeits the whole reward.
Who decides. Ask whether "qualifying" is defined in published terms you can read, or determined by the company at the point of payment. The first is a contract; the second is a discretion.

The practical test takes two minutes: before signing up, find the sentence that defines "qualifying" and read it. If you cannot find it, the offer has no defined value — and if the answer is "contact support", treat the bonus as a possibility rather than a payment.

Since the phrase points toward a financial product, three questions matter more than $25 if it turns out to be one. We are not asserting that it is — our record does not say — but "transaction" is the vocabulary of payments, and if you find that this app holds or moves money, ask which regulated entity holds it: the app itself, a partner bank, or an escrow account? Many apps are not banks and say so in small print. Ask, too, whether your balance is covered by deposit protection, and at which institution — safeguarding or escrow means your own money is held separately and returned if the firm fails, which is real protection, but it is not a compensation scheme that tops up a shortfall, and returns are administered rather than automatic. And ask how you would get your money out if the app stopped working; if the answer is "through the app", ask again.

The standing rule for any app that holds funds is to move money through it rather than store money in it. A $25 bonus is not a reason to keep a balance somewhere, and a bonus conditional on a transaction is, by design, a reason to make one.
