The Element is its entry-level model, the one a first-time buyer on a budget goes to first. A referral discount that cannot be applied to either of those is not a 30% discount on Casper — it is a 30% discount on the part of the range your friend may not have been shopping in.

So the honest advice before sharing a code is to check which mattress your friend actually wants. If it is one of the four excluded models, the referral is worth nothing to them and there is no point either of you going through the process.
